  • During postmenopause, menstruation stops completely, the ovaries no longer produce the same quantity of estrogen and progesterone, and hormone levels will be extremely low.
  • After women give birth, progesterone levels drop radically.

Induced causes of low progesterone levels are those that occur due to lifestyle, for example:
